Shed problem...

Today, my blood shed, a perfect one for the body but, he forgot to shed it's whole head. I have no idea why, I've never got any problem before and his old skin from his body was in a big rolled ball, as usual but, the skin breack right on the neck. I put him in a wet pillow case then I help him removing the shed.

What could have happen??? Humidity was 70% as usual with almost half his tank of wet moss and I even add a rock to help him.

By the way, it was the first time I help him to remove his shed and, he's the sweatest snake I ever own. I was rubing him gently with a wet towel and he almost seem to like it! I had a hard time with the nostril but everything came off.

Any idea? Could it be stress?
