we planning on using our 4X2X1 enclosures for our boa's and burms, eventually we'll be putting our blood python in one when it's big enough.

You can put a lot of different things in a cage that size, there are too many to name. We need to know the height, width and depth to be able to judge (4 x 2 doesnt tell us much). You should also specify what price range and type of animal you'd like, if you want to be able to handle it and so on.

Okay, well for the snakes you could with rosy boas, kenyan sand boas, hog island boas, ball pythons, corn snakes/king snakes/rat snakes... Many more, too. What kind of snake do you like?
Keep in mind that snakes do better when housed alone, though you can house together.

As for frogs, you could go with whites tree frogs, mantellas or poison darts. Again endless possibilities.

For lizards you could go with ackies, plated lizards, mali uromastyx, bearded dragons, blue tongue or monkey tailed skinks...
