Did they come from the same breeder/store, or were they quarantined for six months? Have they been to a vet to be treated for parasites? Are they the same size? Are there enough hides for both of them on both sides of the tank? Are they both eating and shedding ok? Do you feed them seperately?
If you can answer yes to all of these questions, then go ahead and keep them together!

well my one is 5 feet and they other is 3 feet i was going to wait till they were both about the same size and then put them together. They have both been to the vet and are very healthy. Do you think that the bigger one might try to eat the smaller one a night when i'm not around? Cause when i'm holding them both there just fine together.

They would probably not eat each other. However, if they have been living apart all this time, it is probably a good idea to keep them apart. Ball Pythons are pretty easily stressed, and you might not notice the effects of it until it has turned into a big problem. The size difference would definitely stress the smaller one. Can I ask why you want to keep them together? Just curious, or is housing space/money an issue?

Most of it's because of space. I have a real small room and and they take up most of it. But thanks for the help : )

If space is a problem, Balls can easily and happily be kept a racks. I know how much space full-sized cages can take up, I have quite a few snakes myself! I just bought racks, though, and plan to switch everyone but the boa into them. Balls aren't very active, so they don't really need much space, as long as you handle them enough.
