Question A CAgesByDesign habitat 4 a Retic???

What's your thought's on the CagesByDesign habitat's for a full grown Retic? I was checking them out and I like that they get so long. I was also checking out VisionCages, but they don't seem long enough. I also checked out BoaPhileCages, but they certainly weren't deep enough, very nice habitat's though. I love that "extension" option. Will the CBD habitat be secure enough for a Retic? Will it be able to hold her in there on the stand? Are they easy to clean, or a pain in the ***? And last, but certainly not least, does anybody here have, or know anybody that uses CagesByDesign's habitat's for their Retic? Sorry so many questions, but I need to know. Too much money to waste on a "hope". Thanks alot guys...

Raymond

p.s I wanted to look at the Neodesha habitat's, but I guess they went under... I want something no shorter than 8 feet in lenght, and no less than 36" deep. Height realy doesn't matter. Thanks again!

hammer and nail.... hehe for all the big snakes in my future i am building all my cages that way i know just how strong they are and they are just the way I like them.

Just a thaught if you rather spend twice the $$$ then by all means go for it but with these animals you trust no one but your self you will see in time.

Let me say that I have NO firsthand experience with these cages so I am only going on what I have been told by others, but I figured I should probably say something since there aren't many replies. I have yet to hear anything good about cages by design. I have only heard that they are structurally weak amongst other things, and something like that is definitely concerning for housing such a snake . Again, this is just what I have heard, I cannot speak of anything from personal experience so hopefully you will get at least one reply from someone that does... However, I am going to have to agree with chondro python's suggestion, for any of the giant pythons, monitors, etc its best to stick to custom built enclosures. Check out the General Enclosure Forum if you are looking for any ideas or such
