Herping pics

Look who I found raiding a birdbox. This rat snake was about 4 1/2 feet long. And you talk about placid. He was as calm as could be.

Naw, I let him back in the woods. This moron at the park kept askin if he was a copperhead. I about laughed. He asked me a billion times if I was sure it wasn't a copperhead.

WOW. What a great experience it must have been to pick him up and have it not try to defend it's self. I think I would have had a hard time letting him get away.

LOL snowfox, those are just one of the pairs of my trusty windpants.

And yeah, it was awesome. I hated letting him go. I wanted to hold him forever. He was just so calm and easy.
