Has anyone heard of this?
I was out in my back yard herpin again and I came across a brown anole. Now in Florida, this is nothing unusual at all. But this one seemed speical to me. Mainly because it is RED! I have never seen a RED brown anole! I took a pic but you really can't see what I see in real life. And he is stressed so he isn't as red as when I first found him. How's it look.

Here is a better pic. It lost some of the red when I was catching it. But when he is less stressed, it will return.

I agree keep it and breed it to another anole then some of the babies should be red like that then breed them of course this would be incest and I don't know if thats a good breeding move but i don't know that much about herp breeding but if so try to catch another red-brown-anole.

I agree with what most have said. Keep it and breed it and bring forth some interest in those special group of lizards. Much too under-appreciated!
