Baby vieled cham

How big are baby veileds supposed to be before they are sold???

A friend's sister has been wanting me to come look at hers since she bought it at the January reptile show. I finally saw it, and pictures of it the day they brought it home.

I couldn't even believe how small this thing was in the photos she had. It was honestly no bigger than a thumbnail. I know that sounds hard to believe but thats how she compared it's small size in the photo, with the little cham sitting on her thumb.

I just can't believe they can sell them so small???? And if not that really makes me angry, and if so, that still makes me angry because I feel that is TOOOOO small. They have regulations on turtle size why not lizards?

Anyways, what do you guys think? It's doing o.k. now.
