I was wondering how long a male German Giant Bearded Dragon usually is???

roughly 21-25 inches, as opposed to 17-22 for a non-GG male

I'm not sure what mine is but is really big.....like 23 inches, does that mean that it could be a Germian Giant...Are there any specific ways i can tell what type it is?

Nope, sorry. Not even genetic testing can tell for sure. Bearded dragons variations are technically called phases, not morphs, because genetically all bearded dragons are practically identical. Unless you know who the ancestors of your dragon are, there's no way to tell except wild guesses.
