Can I say flourescent?! Man hope they're getting along well. My females are being absolute b****** this year. Very irritating. Argh!
Another species to note. Get everglades from Mark.

You see why I had to add her to my collection. I know her to be a true everglades. In fact she may already be gravid, since she's a recent w.c. and they're way into breeding already. But I'll put her w/ my males anyway. Other than the nose she's in great shape.

She is really lovely. I notice in a previous post that you mentioned she showed no sign of yellow rat influence. What sort of things would you be looking for to tip you off to the yellow rat component? You sure will be getting nice babies from her either way. Would be great if she was gravid from a wild breeding.

Well Mary, it may not be as good as I would hope. simply because a yellow could've mated with her. Anyway, as a rule, the yellow rat will obviously be more yellow, have a darker(black) tongue and not display the red/orange colors. Most of the time the stripes are much darker too.
