Sick Blue Tailed Skink?

I have a juvenile blue tailed skink who is limp. He wriggles quite a bit when I touch the back of his neck. I caught him wild, and only brought him home because he was wounded. Now he's domesticated so I can't release him. He is about 1 month old, I think. He has been in my care for several weeks now. He is on a diet of crickets and formica ants. He has a rock shaped water bowl that I keep full at all times. I'm looking for help as to why he is so limp? It's scaring me badly as I'm very attached to him and love him dearly. I've already shed tears over this subject and I really need help. Please help me figure out what's wrong with him! His name is Blueberry.
