Meet Syzoth, the 'mean' Corn Snake
This is Syzoth, my boyfriend's albino corn snake. He was obtained about 15 years ago and had a brief stint solo when he was a baby. He survived a few months on his own in the basement of my boyfriend's parents house back then and so he can be kind of mean and aggressive. However, I enjoy holding the snakes and so since he went on cruise with his family and I am taking care of the animals, I decided to try and implement some techniques I've heard and read and watched about to get Syzoth acclimated to me. After 5 days, I was able to do this:

Thanks! He has some very light yellow patches near his belly, but basically albino. Can barely see the light yellow. He also has let me hold him for about 5 minutes and he was calm and not rattling his tail or coiling around alot. I feel pretty victorious haha.

I'd say 5 minutes is quite a long time for holding a typically active colubrid, lol.

Re: Meet Syzoth, the 'mean' Corn Snake
I showed this picture to my local snake guy and he says because of the yellow he's pretty sure this is a blizzard corn. He had a pregnant female that looks just like this guy, who judging by length he thinks is a female too but he only had pics to go off of since the boy didnt want Syzoth sexed.
