lazy lizard

Hello, I have a female beardie maybe about 7 weeks old

She doesn't wanna eat that much and only eats if it's right in front of her
She'll eat maybe 1-3 crickets a day but she's active and v small
I'm really worried, I moved the heat lamp closer to the ground to get her more active... I have given her squash and carrots baby food before and she either just walks into it or doesn't touch it

has anyone dealt with this kind of thing before? Can I help her in any way to eat more? my last lizard died on me, he ate well but I may have gorged him with critters within 10-15 minute period, I think cause of death was impaction so I'm nervous with my lizard now.
I just wanna make sure I'm doing things right and I want to help her growth and diet ):
