Shoud I be concerned?

My 3 year old daughter & I say this 2.5' long reptile coming out of the house foundation today (Concord Ma).

I know little about snakes -
Seeking advice please & thanks

Eastern milk snake, completely harmless, even wild adults don't bite if you pick them up IME. Just looking for mice and lizards to eat, no theat to you or your family. Actually better than having rodents in/around the house, lol.

Def an Eastern Milksnake. Caught one today while out Sunday herping. They're nice snakes that's for sure.
