Yes it did. In addition to Burmese Pythons, African Rock Pythons, Indian Pythons, and Yellow Anacondas, Reticulated Pythons, and all species of anacondas were banned from importation into the US and across state borders. Source:

There are currently no restrictions on Boa Constrictors. The only boas affected are Anacondas.

Incorrect. You have to be a
member of USARK before April 8th, 2015. Being a donator is not enough. Burmese Pythons, African Rock Pythons, Indian Pythons, and Yellow Anacondas still may not legally cross state borders regardless of USARK membership.
