What is this?

I just found this bug in my bath tub. It has big pincers, its about the size of an adult tick. I live in Michigan. What is it?

Its a pseudoscorpion.
Cool little guy and perfectly harmless.

i love Scorpions.. but that thing looks like a tick with pincers.. :$ lost all the cool there. its almost gross if i think about it.. ha ha
i wonder why it doesn't have the tail? o.O
