Talking The deed has been done.. FREEDOM little one!

As some know i was desperate with my surprise snake Joy.. and all suggested to let him go because he was small and probably in stress.. i took lots of photos and today at 12 in the afternoon after school i finally sead my goodbye... it was a bitter-sweet moment as you all might imagine.. but it was for the best!

Really cool animal. Good find. Glad to see you thought the better of it by releasing him back into the wild.

Such a cutie! I understand how hard it is to let go. But you can always get yourself a new captive bred snake!

Pretty little guy, but as they say, "If you love an animal, set it free" You did the right thing and it shows that you will be a responsible and caring herper. Nice job!

Excellent choice on behalf the reptile! Now he has a better chance to thrive in the wild. Really think about something captive bred down the line. Maybe a nice garter snake or king snake.
