Those aren't subspecies, they're their own individual species and are genetically diverse enough from each other to warrant separate listings.

I would go with reptile-databse.org's listing. Wikipedia is notoriously inaccurate and isn't usually the best source. Interestingly enough reptile-database has the entire scrub complex listed as it's own genus now, Simalia, along with Boelen's and Oenpelli pythons. Looks like Reynolds is fighting with others again about the phylogeny of various species. At least reptile-database has them listed individually.
