What kind of fish do you feed your bhp's Nick? Do they eat fish, rodents, and fowl?

I only have one little girl BHP but I've given her f/t mullet twice in the few months that I've had her. I haven't tried fowl yet, just rat pups and fish but would like to get some frozen chicks at the next reptile show to bring home for her and my picky womas. I tried giving her eggs but she's really thin and even the runt chicken eggs from newly laying chickens she can't get down but she tries to, which is going to be good for when she grows some more.
