Look at this reticulated python enclosure

Even with an enclosure this "large" it seems to be small with that huge snake inside it.

I will say, that is a pretty cool enclosure. Seeing that huge snake perched on that log is really awesome. I think this should be the minimum sized enclosure for snakes like retics, burms etc. That snake gets some exercise and actually has shape and muscle tone.

This is from a local-ish reptile rescue, this was taken with a paneramic setting on my phone. She's supposed to be the biggest retic in MI like 22 feet or something like that! She had enough room to stretch out almost completely crazy how small these huge snakes make these enclosures look!

Lol I know, it's pretty big, she has enough room in the pool to completely cool up inside of it! They keep some of the larger monitors there in some very big enclosures to, black throats, water monitors, rhino iguanas, you name it.

Exactly. Just because a box is big enough to keep something alive and breed them doesn't mean it's big enough. Sad to see these giants housed in 8 foot long and 2 feet high enclosures. Heck, even as mentioned before the enclosure in the OP still looks small.

I think the snakes are content in an enclosure that size. I doubt that they would move around more often even if they were in a larger cage. That being said, having the room to move around and climb seems like it should be a basic requirement for housing a snake. It's sort of rare to see an 18+ foot long snake that doesn't have the shape of a partially deflated inner tube.

Great to see a large enclosure instead of a 6x3 or 8x4 for a 20 footer. Is this someones you know mikoh? I had wondered how much a large mainland would utilize claiming space.
