Pacific Gopher Snake Vomit Issue: Vet Gave Medication. Just a quick question.

My pacific gopher snake, one year old, female has not been able to keep food down for three weeks now and I took her to the vet moments ago. She is too small for blood work, and after an exam she said that she suspected parasites and gave me Sulfadimethoxine 40%. After some googling, I haven't found any reference to that being used for reptiles and was wondering if anyone has heard of it or had success with it. Thank you

Also this snake is very small, definitely a runt and is eating mouse fuzzies which leave a small bulge. Is the 0.01 ML a day dangerous? Just wanted more opinions.
