6500K lighting.

Hello! I saw on savannahmonitor.net that 6500K lighting is recommended. On The Home Depot's website, I saw the ViaVolt light (it's 6500K) and saw it's made for growing plants which is great because I plan on growing some grass/plants in my future Sav's cage to bring up humidity and for a comfortable place for it to rest. I was wondering if this bulb is safe to use. Thanks!

savannahmonitor.net is Infernalis's website. Hes a moderator here. So I'll let you figure out whether or not its safe to use if the moderator and keeper of savannahs recommended them :P

Haha, no I don't doubt him at all! I want to use 6500K and think it's perfectly safe. I just didn't know if the specific brand was safe to use or not. I hear so much about certain brands being bad I just want to make sure my future Sav doesn't have anything to worry about.
