How do I set this kind of lighting up?

I found some light fixtures like this and they seem simple enough but how do I cover the exposed wires? I'm trying to do a hang down light like this. What materials do I need?

I'm not having any luck finding light fixtures with removable domes

You can buy the ceramic/porcelain sockets and cords separate at home depot or another similar store.

I have done this and assembled my own.
