Hello so I have recently started to use frozen insects for my beardie. I love them because it means no maintenance
. Which is not that bad just I would rather be spending time with my animals instead. Anyway I still do feed live superworms and such but for my staple insect I would like to completely switch to frozen roaches. My problem is they are so darn expensive! The cheapest I have found is $25.00 for 1000 which would be a great price except for the fact that shipping is $130.
I want to know where you guys buy your roaches. If I cant find a decent price on 500-1000 roaches I will use frozen crickets but I would prefer to use roaches because of the higher nutritional content.
I would also like to mention I do feed greens and such this is just for the protein part of the diet.
