hard lump on female boa

Hi there,

my female hog island boa has had a lump around 2/3 of the way down her body for the past week or so.
it is fairly small, hard, and i suspect maybe some form of impaction.
she last ate around 10 days ago so it isnt a lump from food, a few days ago she passed some fairly hard urate and i hoped that was what was possibly causing the lump, but it still hasnt gone down. i have given baths and massaged the area etc but still no change.

does anyone have any ideas about what it could be and some treatments for this?
