a lil help?
Hey guys , I have been out of the snake hobby for a few years and have finally started to settle down again, the breeders I have gone through in the past are no longer available, I was wondering if anybody knows where to get a purple albino retic in Canada? Thx.

Stephan Bakir is a retic guy. He lives in Quebec I think. You should PM him.

Re: a lil help?
I'm assuming he's looking for a Canadian breeder so he doesn't have to pay CITES, and yes, Stephen should be able to put you in contact with a Canadian breeder, he keeps getting offers from people to buy their retics, so he might even be able to find you something.

Re: a lil help?
Contact Mike Large, he might not have any right now, but he does have a few coming in his next few clutches for sure, in the states a purple will cost you about 300 retail, 500 from Harry Wessles, Bob Clark or Jay, for the most part you get what you pay for. However, in canada the only 3 people breeding high quality animals are Mike large, (Chris Oxley used to, still does breed some fantastic burms) and Myself. I lost my collection so Mike is it right now till mine put on some size. Your best bet to reach him would be on ReptilesCanada.com His name on there is LiveLarge. You WILL be paying about 600-800$ for a purple in canada, because of the low supply.

Re: a lil help?
You may want to post a link for a way to contact Mike Large.. I tried looking him up and couldn't find anyone that looked like they'd be a reptile breeder.. To many people on this planet with the same name as everyone else.. >.<
