Someone please explain 0.1-1.1 - ect

I have had snakes for years but never understood the #'s is it a single and pair or what?

Ok, the placement of the numbers refers to genders. 1.0 would be 1 male, while 0.1 would be one female, and 0.0.1 is 1 unknown gender. If you had a clutch of 4 males, 5 females, and 3 ones you weren't sure about, you'd list them as 4.5.3
If you have a pair- 1 male, 1 female, you have 1.1
So it goes "males.females.unknowns"
Hope that clears it up a bit for you. That used to confuse me too. It's just more convenient and quicker to list snakes like that than to write out genders and most computers don't make the nifty little up and down arrow symbols for the genders.

Just to add to that, some people add a fourth number.

3.4.7.4

The fourth number indicates eggs.
