Hey all. I have heard good and bad about housing multiple BPs. I have 2 F BPs in a 30 gal. They do very well together. I have 3 hides of various sizes and they often are coiled together in the large one. They are both young still. (about 1 - 1 1/2yrs) My question is-As they mature will they become aggressive say around breeding season? When do BPs sexually mature? Any input (good or bad) would be appreciated. I would really hate to seperate them though.
It's generally considered a bad thing to house two snakes together. No matter sex/age/species. I'll show you some pictures of snakes that were kept together of similar size. Their species aren't ones known for cannabilism either.
Bad idea, and rather than explain why and waste some time, do a search and you'll find THOUSANDS of threads on this topic on various forums.
Good luck.
