Hello group
Thank you for having me and I look forward to getting to know some good reptile loving people here. From what I have seen in "cruising" discussions there is a lot of knowledge and good people here. We have kind of started a zoo in our living room. It started about a year ago when we got our baby Sav, Zilla. A couple months later we wound up with 2 baby Cresties. The person we bought the Cresties from wound up selling us a Ball Python with tank, lid, heater, bowl and bedding for a single dollar and that started a new trend in our home. Our 9 year old son was excited he finally got his snake. After a month of prodding to get my wife to hold Comet she finally did and found they aren't quite remarkable animals. 2 weeks later she located a 4.5' ball with tank and all supllies, made all the arrangements and we got Blaze. Our 7 year old daughter decided she wanted a Beardie so we got Spike for her for Christmas. About a month ago we ran across a great deal on a Spider Ball and now we have Morpheus. When we went to get food to feed all these critters we wound up with another beautiful Ball we named Amara. On top of these we also wound up with a Sugar Glider. All in the last year. We take them to the kids' school to show the classes in hopes that it teaches them something about these amazing animals and they lose their fears of them and stop hurting them just because they have scales instead of fur. We love our scaly family and enjoy sharing them and their behaviors with others.
