Are there different kinds of savannah monitors?

e.g. this guy here has a rounder head on the top(fast forward to see close up):


And this guy here has a flatter head on the top(fast forward to see close up):

Much like you can have a different nose than a brother or sister, so can lizards. The shape of their faces is slightly variable.

Very obvious between those two normally its not as pronounced as that.

Yep, differing sexes. It's just more pronounced than usual, due to individual variation.

How did you guys tell one is male and other is female? Based on the head being flat or round? Or their names haha
