Question about using Rack/tubs

I ordered my first rack from AP. I have never had one before and was wondering how you prepared the tubs for the rack. Do they need ventilation holes or is there a big enough gap between tub and shelf when you slide it in? I have no idea, sorry this is such basic question. I went with the Sterilite rack from AP. Thanks

Re: Question about using Rack/tubs

Depends on what your housing. I take a soldering iron and melt some holes in the front.
