Well iv asked a few questions on here about my python but I forgot to tell you what a BARGAIN I got for him!
The guy that sold him to me is a licensed reptile show person, like he hires himself out to functions/parties with his reptiles, I heard he was selling a few of his snakes cos he had too many and I rang him up and he told me about a diamond python that I would like and I asked how much and he told me and I was like

!!! I said I have a big bird aviary but it's a bit old so he said it would be best if I build a proper snake aviary and I said well where do I keep him while I save up and build the aviary? And he said he has a tall wooden snake enclosure that he wants to throw out but he said he would give it to me! So I put the trailer on the car and drove down thinking 'it's gotta be too good to be true right?' so I got there and there was a BIG enclosure a gorgeous healthy python and a lovely helpful man! He said the enclosure can do the python well for 3 more years but the aviary will be fantastic for him, so after a good chat and a BIG thank you I handed over the money and took my baby home. All for $50!!!!!!!! yes that's right! 50 bucks!!!

OMG your killing me. A full blood Diamond Python for only $50.00. I am soooooooo freaking jealous. Diamonds are my dream snake. Around here i never seen one for under $700.00. All i have to say is great pick up and dam now that is what your call the deal of a life time.

Here in the US there's only maybe 3 breeders that actually breed 100% full blood Diamonds. You see a few others selling them, but i question if they are 100% truly full blooded. I ever pay that kind of money i want to be sure i get it from a respectable breeder that i knows be breeding them for years.

So is mine really a full blood diamond? Or can't you really tell by looking? If you can, I have A thread in this forum called 'my diamond python barnabas' and there are some good pics there

Yours is full bloody without a doubt. Over here you get people that will breed them with Jungles and take the ones that look more like the Diamond parent and try to pass them off as such to make more money.

I have a 75% Diamond x 25% Jungle, but that is how she was sold. With age she turned almost completely black and white. Sometime over here you'll see people selling Black and White Jungles for more than normal Jungles. I for one think it's a scam as i believe them to be Diamond x Jungle crosses. That look like a Jungle but the color has change do to the Diamond influence.

Your lucky because you live in the mother land of Carpet Pythons.
