Another n00b!
Hello,
Yesterday I went to buy fish food yesterday, and came home with a snake... So I'm very much a noob to snakes but I want to do everything right and I'm hoping this forum will help me do that!
My new baby is a Milk snake and her name is Penelope

Re: Another n00b!
Thank you everyone!
Penelope is somehwere between 50-70cm I think. I haven't measured her yet but she's for sure less than a meter. They said she won't get much longer. Is that true? I'm not sure what subspecies she is either :/. And they told me she's probably 2-3 years old max, but they're not sure about that either. If anyone of you might be able to guesstimate, that'd be awesome!
Here she is!
And here's the part that worries me! Haha

Re: Another n00b!
There are clips you can buy that will keep the screen lid secure, i use them on the tanks i keep a few of my Kenyan Sand Boas in. They can be a pain to clip on, but it's better than having to look for an escaped pet
