on average how many eggs does a coastal carpet python lay, and what is the gestation period???? and what is suitable age for a female coastal carpet to breed???
on average about 20 - 25 I would say, out of 4 clutches my coastals have laid 19, 24, 25, 29, pre-lay shed to laying is about 25days, incubation about 60 days. Breeding age will depend on condition, I bred a particulalry big female at 2 1/2 but others have been 4 before being ready.
