I assume you are referring to his video of his baby riding it? The man is present the entire time extremely close- in all honesty I'd trust my kid with my monitors than with most dogs I've encountered. Dogs randomly beat up kids and bite with some frequency.. just my 2 cents..

However, that monitor is very unhealthy- he's the right "length" however he is morbidly obese- niles are simply not meant to be this way- in the wild they raid croc nests- this guy couldn't escape a 1 legged man.

Re: Big Monitor!!!

I'm referring to the fact that he's feeding the damn thing for the purpose of getting it huge and forgetting about it's health. That monitor probably could have snapped back and bitten the child but honestly water monitors are pretty tame, and one that overweight probably would have a hard time reaching back that far.

Re: Big Monitor!!!

It's an ornate monitor- or basically as I refer to them an overglorified nile. Yes, it's amazingly awful how this guy has a large one- and feeds it as much as he does. Lots of people with fat adult savs to these days, because it's not hard to get them big and fat- but they still live 1/4 of their lives.

Re: Big Monitor!!!

It's not that hard to keep them lean, getting them lean from overweight is a royal pain
