So I was watching this video of Mike Patton in Mondo Cane and at about 2:45-2:48 and again around 3:08-3:10 into the vid he looks INSANELY happy.
It got me to thinking about what it is that makes me happy and what it is I want to do/be so that I can become this freaking smiley ha. After a bit of time I realized that I have a ton of clues but no real answers to my question. If you have any idea then feel free to share or whathave....or just share an awesome video if participation is a bother haha.
What do you think about, for me its diving on a reef, its the first thing i think about when i wake up and the last thing i think about before i go to bed. I only get a few week of the year to do it but those moments are unbelievable (free diving not scuba)
Nothing better than seeing your child smile or say "i love you" - that's what i live for.
