Pueblan Milk snake

This is my Pueblan Milk Snake " Pancho" I`m selling him so I took some pictures and I thought I`d share He`s fast ! The colours act to merge all the moving parts in to one, I bet that does a good job with confusing predators...

Re: Pueblan Milk snake

Actually I`d be very interested to see any larger Pueblans anyone might have. I don`t see these guys too often at all so it`d be nice to see how others have got on with them....

Re: Pueblan Milk snake

By the way, I really enjoy mine.

The big guy was stuffed in a 10 gallon size enclosure at a pet shop, I saw that snake in there for well over a month, so I broke down and bought him so I could give him a bigger better enclosure.

He's a master escape artist, not real fond of handling, will musk whenever picked up, and spends more time hiding than out in the open.

The younger one was a gift from a friend.. same personality as the big one.

Re: Pueblan Milk snake

My little Pueblan Slick is just a foot long, and doesnt seem to musk if picked up gently. Not fond of handling, always rushing to get away but as long as he doesnt musk all over or bite, it's just fine with me. I figure he'll calm down as he gets older (I hope!)
