Lost our rat farm's buck...

Rizzo the rat, the buck for our rat farm escaped during cage cleaning yesterday.

We finally found him.....

He broke into one of the female rats' tubs.

Nice to see that regardless of species, we men are all the same.

Re: Lost our rat farm's buck...

I had one get lose once. You want to talk about 4 grown men screaming like little girl and knocking each other over trying to get out the door. Two of my friends brought a couple guy over to see my big Jungle eat. As i was opening to cage door the rat ran up my arm and jumped right on to Troys head (he was standing right behind me). They all were pushing and shoving each other trying to get away. One of them actaully crapped himself. Screaming the whole time like babies. I was laughing so hard i had tears in my eyes. What makes it even funner is they all look like a bunch of big bad biker dudes. All of them over 6 foot tall and weighing over 250lbs each and covered in tattoos. And they ran like scared little kids. My wife luckly seen which way the rat went, because i was on the floor rolling around laughing so hard. I caught him a hour later. Poor rat was shaking it was so scared. God i wish i had a camara that day. Still makes me LMAO.

Re: Lost our rat farm's buck...

i want one of those centipedes so bad. i have tried for years to find one but i dont think people in canada breed them or import them anymore. the giant vietnamese centipede "scolopendra" if anyones got a canadian link i would love to see it. :P
as for spiders they dont bother me, just when they are 5-6" across and on my neck behind me hehe, i used to hold all my spiders and scorpions except my goliath birdeater he was insane and he got to just shy of 12" across.
