help with attiudes on a ball and red tail

Hi! I am new to all of this so please bear with me. I have a ball around 5 yrs. boy is she mean. I also have a young red tail and she has attiude also. Any sugestions on what to do?

how long have you had them?

handle as much as possible, they'll tame down sooner or later. also if your scared or nervous about handling they will know something is wrong and get defensive, so try to relax.

how is your husbandry?? what size cages do you have them in, what are the trmp gradients like, humidity levels, lighting cycles, etc.
