incubating eggs

Hi, I have some eggs on vermiculite and it they are about 1 week old and some are getting this white fuz on them....Is this mold?

How do I prevent this? Could it be that those eggs are not fertilized?

It could very well be that they aren't fertilized and are growing mold. You can try to sprinkle some antifungal foot powder on the eggs but it likely means they aren't fertile. Go to www.chameleonnews.com and in the article reference section, you will find a number of incubation articles that will talk about this.
