Well the monkey experiment sure is touching, but where would the science be without those lab animals?!?! I dont see the link between the lab monkeys and the gorillas getting killed for meat... The gorilla meat story is sad because that they are so human like and killed in families ( and are also pretty rare, theorically ). As for the lab, try to think of how they could give the animals better conditions while doing experiments on them...

Actually, i think it's a pretty good idea to keep people updated on the methods of scientists... That stuff is happenning and nobody should stop it because they are already trying to work on animals in the more humane way they can do ( i hope ). If they have to do neural tests and test chemicals on brains, well its a pretty good thing that they don't do it on people!! If you had to do experiments on a monkey to try to find a cure for a disease, what would you do that they aren't already doing?!? Oh no, poor monkey, its sooooo sad... It's pretty sure that they're not trying to be sadistic, they're trying to do their job which is for the safety of people...

phil.

I looked over the link you provided, and i removed it. Unfotunately i have to be the guy who upholds the laws of what is suitable viewing on the site. In my opinion its just too graphic for a site like this that prides itself in its family atmosphere. I do applaud you for bringing this to light. I knew that there was experiments...obviously on lots of animals, i did not know that such terrible experiments were being done to primates such as the photo's on the link.....pretty scary stuff and i admit i nearly lost my dinner.

If you need more info on the removal of the link, feel free to pm me and we can discuss it

Ok, we have a family atmosphere, but where is the ''realistic approach and general understanding of life'' atmosphere?!?!
