im havin sort of the same problem with the dum. at my work and hes fine, one thing id try to do if i was you is cover up his feeding tank no light, and remember they are an ambush predator so hes just gonna wait for the mouse to get right in his face and with their bad aim it may take acouple times before he gets it just my thoughts but yea id keep him going to the vet for sure dont wanna loose such an amazing looking snake

You're seeing a vet, you're watching the temps, and you're watching for noticeable weight loss, so you're doing everything right. This seems like typical seasonal behaviour. My Dum is off his food right now and my ball python never eats anything from November to April. Keep a good eye on your Dum and I'm sure she'll be fine. (These feeding breaks are always harder on the owners than on the snakes.)
