The temps don't seem right. It doesn't say what type of pygmy cham they are talking about. I don't provide any heat source for my R. brevicaudatus

I don't think it is that bad. I wouldn't be using a heat source to heat the caging. With that method the room remains cold and creates drafts which lead to respitory infections.

I have kept adults over a wide range of temps ranging from the 50's into the low 80's with no problems.
