nice cages. Are you ******************??? They look pretty good. They are Melamine right? How do you deal with chipping of the melamine while cutting the wood?

Greg..i don't know how he cuts the melimine without chiping it,..really all i do is buy em and use them..i would asume there would be a special blade used but i dont know.
Dunner..i also dont know what it costs to make them,i do know what it costs to buy them however.I can tell you that they work great! And i am very pleased with with them..i also like the plastic tray thats in the bottom of each cage sure makes cleaning alot easier .
Sorry i couldn't be of more help guys.

Melamine doesnt chip if you buy a good blade with 80 plus teeth.. Look for a dewalt blade with 120 teeth made for cutting laminates... and raise the blade so it cuts a quarter inch higher then them melamine and it wont chip.

I think a new one is in the works.

Hehe... how about he just sends some of those cages out west... and their inhabitants too
We'll be nice and pay for the shipping *grin*!
Yeah, I found the website... it did look a little old. Does he have an email addy that I could contact him at? Although with the shipping, it probably would end up being too expensive -- you're lucky you're at least in the same province with him
