You can't house veileds together. The males are extremely territorial - the females too for that matter. When the aggression isn't a problem - the constant advances of the male on the female would be too stressful. You would probably stress them to death.
There are very few chams that can be housed together and even those in HUGE outdoor aviaries/greenhouses by experienced keepers.
That would be an awesome cage for one of them, though. Keep them visually seperated as well - the male could become obsessed with "amorous" thoughts to the point of refusing to eat.
Visually seperating your female is important because the sight of a male may trigger her body into constantly producing eggs - which is physical stress.
If you want them to breed - that's the only time they should see eachother.
