there are alot of beardies out there as it is so it might be a good idea not to breed. Once she drops her first clutch she will drop at least 5 her first year. That is my experience.

Some BDs will lay multiple clutches, some dont. they can retain sperm for up to a year. so from one mating she can have a clutch of babies now and again in a year. Be prepared for a lot of expence like food, housing, electric and finding homes for them. It is not a get rich quick deal. the first clutches are always the most expensive.

I agree with beardiedragon. I have to get 6000 crickets a week to feed all my beardies. Plus I have all the veggiesw that they eat and lighting. My female has laid her 7th clutch.
