Unhappy rat bite

i am looking for some information,

my 5 year old bull snake was bitten by a rat when i fed him last night. this is the first time it has happened and i was not sure how serious it might be. the wound does not look to deep and he did not seem bothered by it at all. i know snakes hide if they are hurt at all. I was wondering if there is anything i can do or should i just leave it alone.

Any information would be greatly appreciative

Polysporin...and for gosh sakes...don't feed live prey to your snake!
