how long should she have her gravid colors?

so as i posted a little lower-my veiled just had her first clutch.
Its been a few days now and i was wondering how long it will be before she gets her normal green colors back and not the dark background with blue spots and yellow stripes?
Im curious to know if she might have retained sperm and thats why she hasnt got her normal colors back yet.Or if she could have kept a few eggs inside her even.
or if it just takes awhile for her to get back to her normal self.
she didnt look too thin after laying and is looking really chubby already,its not from too much food.

Have you palpated the abdomen in search of eggs? If you are concerned, I were place her in the nesting site and monitor her behaviour, trying to not let her see you.

im not terribly concerned-just wasnt sure why she had her dark coloring so long after laying.i felt her up -didnt feel any eggs she seemed pretty empty

she had 62eggs in this,her first clutch-way more than i expected
