This guy is our first boa. We got him as a baby from a pet store and from the very start we knew he was too pretty not to breed. He's 5 feet plus now and growing by the minute. I like the pink colours in him that seem to just glow at night but are hard (for me at least) to capture in a picture.
Here he is doing what he does best.
He hasn't met her yet but we're hoping one day he'll get to know this girl really well (nudge nudge, wink wink!). She was born in 2003 and we got her from Jenny and Jeff of Sciensational Snakesss at the February PCPC show.
She's much darker but super iridescent. I can never get over the variation in Colombian BCI. We can't wait to see what these two will turn out for us once she's ready.
