HAHAHA, not to be sadistic, but that's funny. They all go to take pictures of this amazing robin and SWOOP, no more robin. lol

that seems like a long way for a little robin to go. all the way across the Atlantic? i think it must have been on a ship from here in the US. like a stowaway(sp?). but that really would suck. poor little robin.

sketchy, if they get caught in the jet stream and keep flying with a tailwind it wouldn't be too bad of a trip.

It moves at 100 to 200km/h over Canada, and I think it might get faster over the Atlantic. Not sure though.

Having a 200 km/h tailwind to speed you along sure wouldn't hurt though

If you think that's bad you should think of the albatross... pole to pole...

For anybody that thought it was funny......Don't feel bad, I laughed too!
I can just see their faces as they sat there with their binoculars watching the hawk swoop down and take the main attraction! LOL!

That reminds me of a bizzare event in a pigeon race (homing pigeons) in the uk. The brits call it a sport, but that's like calling dog racing or cow patty bingo a sport. The winner landed at the finish line only to be eaten by a cat.
