Rodents & Snake

Can I keep my snakes and my rodents in the same room without disrupting feeding response or causing my snakes any stress.

I keep all my animals in the same room. Snakes, rabbit, rats, cat, dogs. lol I wish it did make their feeding response bigger. Maybe my female BP would start eating!

i used to keep my 4 tubs of rats in the same room as my snakes but i was always hesitant with my snakes, i like to play better safe than sorry so now there is a wall anda a door between the rats and the snakes.
when i did keep them in the same room it looked like they were always hungry.

I keep them all together and have seen no ill effects of this. My snakes eat, my rats breed and I'm a happy camper.

I wouldn't recommend keeping a large quantity of rodents in the same room as snakes, especially with larger snakes, for safety reasons. I keep two pet rats in the same room as my herps, at the furthest distance possible, and wouldn't consider keeping anymore than that, or in any closer distance to any of them.
